Greet festival goers as they arrive at the main gates. Scan pre-purchased tickets; sell tickets; sell camping passes; manage the cash box; give out festival and camping bracelets; share festival information; be friendly and welcoming!
Serve beer, wine, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons wearing a 19+ bracelet. Be friendly and efficient; keep the bar area neat and welcoming; accept drink tickets, no cash; keep your hard-earned tips!
Drive the Cloggeroo Shuttle Van around the established shuttle route; pick up and drop off festival bracelet-wearers at stops along the route; provide artist pick-ups when called to do so; provide information to shuttle riders about the festival; present a valid driver’s license and recent driver’s abstract to Cloggeroo (we reimburse you for the abstract); be a safe, courteous, and conscientious driver; be friendly and welcoming!
Welcome artists to the back stage hospitality tent; provide artist passes and/or information as needed; keep artist refreshments and snacks well-stocked; keep area neat and tidy for artist use; be welcoming and friendly!
During the festival, make rounds of the festival grounds in order to keep the area neat and tidy; replace waste and recycle bags as necessary; before and during the festival, set up various parts of the festival; be ready for various on-call jobs around the site while on shift!
Use your photography equipment and skills to capture various aspects of the festival; follow our guidelines but use your own creative eye; enjoy all parts of the festival as you do what you love; share your high-quality photos with Cloggeroo’s organizers after your shifts; be credited for your work; have fun!
Distribute silent disco headsets in exchange for a drivers license; keep licenses stored safely and in alphabetic order; return them when the headset is returned. Keep headsets safe and accounted for. The silent disco takes place under a tent in the campground. WARNING: Night Owls only! This shift starts AFTER MIDNIGHT.
