2021 Festival FAQS
No, due to this year’s special circumstances you can only purchase tables in groups of 2,4,6,8 or 10 OR purchase a party pod in groups of 10,15 or 20.
If you don’t want to sit at a table you can buy a party pod! Each “pod” is a measured grass area that’s 15 feet wide, with the length determined by the size of the pod (10, 15 or 20 people). Grab your favourite picnic blanket or lawn chair and cozy in for a night of great music. Party pods can only be booked for either a group of 10, group of 15 or a group of 20 people.
No. This year you will need to stay in the designated area you have purchased tickets for. Whether you buy seats at a table or a party pod with friends you will have to stay in this area for the shows. Of course, you will be able to leave your area to use washrooms, get food, smoke and buy drinks but then we ask that you return to your seating area.
No. You will be encouraged to wear a mask in all shared areas (eg. while entering the festival ground, using washrooms, in line for food). However, anytime you are seated at your table or in your party pod you will not be required to wear your mask.

No. We are only able to sell round-trip tickets but you are welcome to purchase a round-trip and only go one way.
No. A separate ticket is required for each night.
No alcohol will be permitted on the bus. You are able to drink water and other non-alcoholic drinks.
We have a babes-in-arms policy: Children ages 0-2 are free so long as they are able to sit on your lap. Children ages 3 and up are required to have a ticket.
Questions about the festival ground?
Located at the Waterfront Stage Ticket Tent ; we will scan your printed or smart phone ticket and give you the appropriate bracelet for admission to venues. This is where you would also get your camping bracelet if you are staying at the Cloggeroo Campground, as well as your bracelet to allow you to purchase alcoholic drinks at the bar.
When you arrive in Georgetown, follow the signs to the designated parking areas. There may be a small fee for parking as a fundraiser for local organizations. The Shuttle Van will stop here regularly.
If you have a festival bracelet, you can hop on and hop off the free Cloggeroo Shuttle Vans. The Shuttle Vans will bring you safely between the venue and the Festival Campground, and to a few other points around Georgetown. If you need to get further, you'll want to book a ticket on our new Festival Bus, which will be making nightly round trips between Charlottetown, Montague, and Georgetown.
This year, you've got options! Book either a 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 person table and we'll provide a table and chairs for your group. Book a 10,15 or 20 person party pod, and you'll need to bring a folding chair or a picnic blanket to sit on."
The Waterfront Stage has a licensed « beer garden » with a variety of beer, wine, cider, etc. When you arrive at the venue’s main entrance, if you have government-issued identification to prove that you are at least 19 years of age, you will be given a bracelet that will allow you to be served alcoholic drinks.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into the Festival site. Please be aware that all patrons may be subject to inspection of their bags or persons for public safety and security reasons. Also, see “Licensed Bar”
Yes, you can bring kids to all of the Cloggeroo events. For mainstage shows, babes-in-arms are free (children aged 0-2 who will stay in your arms). Everyone else aged 3-99 needs a ticket. For the Cloggeroo Craft Brew Picnic, children 12 and under are free, and children 13-18 are only $5. Because of current restrictions, our usual Saturday afternoon kids' zone put on by Families First Family Resource Centre will not be happening.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL – Cloggeroo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets or passes. Please note that admission fees remain at full regular gate rates for the duration of the festival.
There will be a First Aid site available with qualified first aid responders at the Waterfront stage. For emergencies, dial 911. The emergency room in Montague opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 10 pm. – for all other hours, the closest hospital is the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown, which is accessible 24/7.
Food vendors will be on-site at the Waterfront Stage.
The lost and fount is located at the Waterfront Stage merch tent.
No pets will be permitted in any of the festival sites, the stage area or campground.
Cloggeroo will take place rain or shine. All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance at the event – however, acts are subject to change without notice. There will be no refunds or exchanges resulting from the failure of any act to appear at the festival.
Questions about camping?
It’s 1.8 km, so, about a 20 minute walk from the campground to the Waterfront Stage. If you’re driving, it’s about 5 minutes.
There will be a Cloggeroo shuttle that will make regular round trips between the campground, the main stage, and various other spots in Georgetown. You can hop on the Cloggeroo shuttle if you’d prefer to leave your car parked at the campground and you don’t feel like walking. The shuttle service is for Cloggeroo festival bracelet wearers and is free of charge!
There will be portable toilets, portable solar-heated showers, hand washing stations, and potable water available at the campground for all campers!
There will not be electricity or other RV hook-ups at the campsites themselves. Unless you count the electric vibes all you music lovers are going to be spreading…
There is a limited number of campsites, access to camping will be on a first come first served basis. If sites are still available when you arrive in Georgetown at the start of the festival, you can still get a spot – but this is not a guarantee. We recommend booking a campsite in advance!

Unfortunately, no. Due to safety and security concerns, and the provisions of our camping license, only those people with a Cloggeroo Camping wristband will be allowed into the secure campground site. Tell your friends to buy a festival pass and book a campsite, and you can be together all weekend!
Absolutely! We’ve set aside a section of the campground that is designated as “quieter” camping. It’s the section with the purple numbers in the campground site map. Unfortunately, this is not quiet camping – the tree line between the two camping zones does not completely deaden the sounds of joyous campers in the other field belting out campfire tunes. However, everyone camping in the “quieter” area must follow the 9:00 pm noise curfew, so at least it won’t be your immediate neighbours rippin’ a banjo solo at midnight. And, bonus: kids 12 and under camp for free!
When you arrive in Georgetown, go to the main ticket booth at the Waterfront Stage to have your ticket scanned, get your festival wristband, scan your campsite ticket, and get your camping wristband. You can then head down to the campground and set up your home base! You’ll know your site by the numbered stakes in the ground.
The campground opens at noon on Friday, August 13th and closes at 8pm on Sunday, August 15th.
A tent, camp chairs, something for shade and rain protection, coolers for food and beverages, acoustic instruments or regular speakers (no loud amplified music – sorry!), earplugs, plenty of water, a refillable water bottle (there will also be potable water available at the campground), a bathing suit, towel (Georgetown has great beaches!), flashlights or solar lights to decorate your campsite, bug spray, sunscreen, your dancing shoes, and a friendly attitude!
Glass (no glass containers allowed) – instead, use cans, plastic bottles, reusable aluminum containers, etc!
Fire (no open fires allowed). Propane camp stoves are permitted.
Pets (no pets allowed in the campground or on the festival grounds)

Yes, professional security will be at the campground throughout the weekend for the safety of campers. However, Cloggeroo camping is at your own risk; Cloggeroo is not responsible for any damage to any of your camping gear or other property.
Unfortunately, no. There is a designated parking lot adjacent to the camping field. We want to keep a safe, relaxing atmosphere where people don’t need to worry about traffic, cars will not be allowed to drive in.
Campers are allowed in the campground! However, camping vehicles must be parked for the full duration of camping. If you are only planning to camp for one night, then you can leave the next day, as the case may be – but that will be the only vehicle traffic allowed in the camping area during the weekend. We want a safe, relaxing campground – not a high traffic zone! Once again, we really appreciate your cooperation with this, and security will be enforcing this rule.
Yes. Under the current Public Health guidance campsites are looked at as your home away from home. So, under the current rules you are able to have up to 20 friends and family join you on your campsite. Remember, only people who have camping passes are permitted to be in the campground.
