2019 Volunteer Positions

(subject to change as the 2019 festival approaches)

Ticket Sales:

Greet festival goers as they arrive at the main gates. Scan pre-purchased tickets; sell tickets; sell camping passes; manage the cash box; give out festival and camping bracelets; share festival information; be friendly and welcoming!

Merchandise Sales:

Keep the Merch table tidy; keep merchandise prominently displayed; manage sales and the cash box; be friendly and welcoming!


Serve beer, wine, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons wearing a 19+ bracelet, according to your Responsible Beverage Server training; be friendly and efficient; keep the bar area neat and welcoming; accept cash and make change; keep your hard-earned tips!

Stage Crew:

Carry artist gear on and off stage in between sets; replenish stage supplies; be on-call at stage area; be friendly and ready to help!

Shuttle Van Driver:

Drive the 12-passenger Cloggeroo Shuttle Van around the established shuttle route; pick up and drop off festival bracelet-wearers at stops along the route; provide artist pick-ups when called to do so; provide information to shuttle riders about the festival; present a valid driver’s license and recent driver’s abstract to Cloggeroo (we reimburse you for the abstract); be a safe, courteous, and conscientious driver; be friendly and welcoming!

Artist Hospitality:

Welcome artists to the back stage hospitality tent; provide artist passes and/or information as needed; keep artist refreshments and snacks well-stocked; keep area neat and tidy for artist use; be welcoming and friendly!

Set-up / Clean-up Crew:

During the festival, make rounds of the festival grounds in order to keep the area neat and tidy; replace waste and recycle bags as necessary; before and during the festival, set up various parts of the festival; be ready for various on-call jobs around the site while on shift!


Use your photography equipment and skills to capture various aspects of the festival; follow our guidelines but use your own creative eye; enjoy all parts of the festival as you do what you love; share your high-quality photos with Cloggeroo’s organizers after your shifts; be credited for your work; have fun!

Postering / Promo:

In the weeks and months leading up to the festival, put Cloggeroo posters up around specific areas of PEI; help share various Cloggeroo promotions; get all of your work done before the festival even starts!

Social Media Crew:

During the festival, be Cloggeroo’s social media voice! Post to our Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook accounts during your shift to keep people up to date on all the action in Georgetown; work from your mobile on Cloggeroo’s private wi-fi network while you enjoy all aspects of the festival!


Be the official greeter at the campground; help campers find their site; check for camping bracelets; pass out festival programs as needed; make regular rounds to pass out recycle bags and keep the main areas tidy; enjoy a peaceful, shaded setting while you “work”!
